For a tight budget: Forever 21, Asos, Wet Seal, Goddiva, Newlook, Topshop or Dillards.
top brands: Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Gucci, Prada, Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga, Chanel, Coach, Carolina Herrera, Burberry, Dior, Mulberry, Bottega Venetta, Emilio Pucci, Chloe, Hermes, Diane von Furstenberg, Marchesa Givenchy, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent, Donna Karan, Galliano, Dolce & Gabbana, Badgley Mischka, Mossane, Betsey Johnson, Vera Wang, Christian Lacroix, Vivienne Westwood, Jean Paul Gaultier, Anna Sui Versace, Miu Miu, etc.
I think Dereon, apple bottom and Rocawear are a little ghetto looking. Well at least thats what type of people who lead them where im from.
I do not have copies in harajuki bags, they look a little cheese.

But you must be careful, however, some of its controls may seem a tad high.
However, if you're wanting people to notice your bag, I would not go with Betseyville. Not all people know but everyone knows Betseyville bottom of Dereon and Apple!
EDIT: for people who are suggesting Coach, Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade, etc. Yes they are beautiful bags, but thats clearly not what it is on the market. Good bags have to be super expensive ones. I own a Louis Vuitton bag and the coach of several, but I still have stuff Betseyville because thats what I want!
As a guy, I always thought that Coach bags looked the best. After that maybe a Louis Vuitton.
