What is the best laptop backpack for college? I was leaning over the Internet, and were able to reduce a little. I need something that is very solid, with good padding - I tend to be very rough with my business and I need great protection for my new MacBook Pro. I spent too much money to do it be ruined by a bag insufficient. My price range is anywhere up to about $ 100.
As I said, I did a little research and here are some of the bags that I came up with:
Timbuk2 - Hacker Backpack
Brenthaven - Trek
Spire - Torq
The North Face - Surge
Swissgear - Wenger Synergy
If it has a material impervious to water or comes with a rain cover, it would be too great.

I did the same thing. I had a backpack SwissGear before and he had an excellent filling. I never worried about anything getting wet either. He stayed in great shape and was of excellent quality. I would certainly buy another one for my macbook pro.
I also heard good things about The North Face backpack. I think if you stick with one of those, you should be good. However, my personal preference is Swissgear.
Swissgear was a wonderful choice for me, its waterproof and has excellent padding for my laptop.
