Cyber LaptopHelp me to remove "security tool"!?

Laptop eight days, that thought I was covered for the antivirus MvAfee. When switching on a laptop today, many pop up boxes security tools "by saying" many infections ", and" PC in danger, etc. "

When I click on an icon, the security tool "boxes pop up, do not allow me to do a thing. So, can not go online to cure mobile!

I went on another laptop that im borrowing a few hours. cyber defender copied (someone recommended) to stick the U.S. and of course cannot use it!

Can we expect to fix it myself without going online? if yes please how??!

If this is not the shop (a famous chain of suppliers of electricity here in Norway) be able to do such a thing?

Take this back to the store where you bought the computer. They may have a repair shop that can solve this problem. They probably failed to install McAfee properly, they should address them.

The security tool is not a malware virus. This malware. A virus scanner will not usually detect it. This is different from a virus, but with similar effects. Never click on one of these popups can you say you have virus and you want to do a scan. "All they do is install this software you can screws up. I suppose you know that now. You've learned the hard way:) The best way to solve the problem is with System Restore.

1. Restart your computer and load in Safe Mode by pressing F8 before the Windows logo is always in place. A screen will appear giving options to load in safe mode. Depending on your operating system (XP, Vista or 7) options may be slightly different. You can google "safe mode" for the best instructions depending on your operating system.

2. Once you are in Windows safe mode, run the System Restore. It is quite easy to do. Here are insttructions on the Microsoft Web site.
for XP: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306084
Windows Vista: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windo ...
for 7: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windo ...

3. Once you are in the System Restore program, follow the instructions until you reach the part of the restaurant where you select the day you want to restore. Choose the most recent update, you can remember (and available, not every day a restore point) if you do not have malicious software security tool. After that let him do the thing. It may take some time.

4. Finally, the computer will restart or prompts you to restart. Once you're back in Windows (not safe mode this time). Check whether you can use your Internet connection and other functions as malware security tool used to screw. If you can, then you've managed to repair your computer. Otherwise, repeat steps 1-4, but choosing a date earlier than you did the first time.

Good luck!

use the second laptop to download site, download Malwarebytes anti malware using a USB
or a memory card from a digital camera or printer to install and run the program (in Safe Mode if necessary) should do the trick use the download site below, they have not a lot of pay
programs listed if you are lost and press the wrong button (everythig is free here) install avast
.... Anti-virus free also if all else fails try to set the clock on your computer before 8 days .. Many of these
diversion programs lasted only 7 days (not that we can put up with them as long )........ Bob

First thing, CyberDefender is a rogue / virus / malware If you have used you would have made things worse.
Second, McAfee has the lowest detection rate.
