Fabric Handbags

Im trying to find a certain style of a handbag but idk what store or website to look. I really do not know if it has a name and idk what brand would sell. But they remind me of the beach because the colors they have on them. They have short webbing, or some of them have the "circle of hardwood" that you wear. They are not fancy like a leather handbag, but more relaxed. (Ps. They are made of fabrics non-leather) Sorry if my attempt to explain the scholarship is confusing.ha ha
But I do not look at an image, the only time I see it is very rarely on a young girl at the mall. So can you help me? Or at least give me a site that might be?
