Flower Girl Hair Accessories

Posted on January 3, 2010.
Flower Girl Hair AccessoriesDo you think it is unfair that girls can wear hair accessories for school, but boys can not ..?

wear caps / beanies.

I just returned from taking my daughter to school. Some mom boy complained because his Kiddo had to remove his Skully (like a hat) My daughter wore a flower headpiece and walked right by the school employee and mother of children, the mother said: "Well Well, why can not that little girl something to wear on his head and my son can not? "The school employee said idk, those are the rules.

I agree rules are rules but seems a little unfair?

Unfair. Let the girls in the absence of bands and boys may wear hats if they want. In a perfect world.

It does not create a problem when students use wear head as a place to show affiliation to a gang or a status symbol. I see a lot of that with students. Fashion and clothing that you wear a top place in the other students. Students who have a grip on what is a very strong popular struggle and have opinions on other great men of their age. This has led to many students bullying ed suicide last year across the country. School uniforms would solve many of these problems.

There is a big difference between a hat and hair accessory. You can not use your banner to cheat, but you can use the edge of a hat to cheat.

If someone does not like the school rules, they are asked to find a new school. Life is not supposed to be fair. Am sure that if the boy wanted to be androgynous and wear a headband to school there is not much the school could do about it.

Well, most schools do not allow hats unless it is for some reason.
Boys may wear accessories, if they want, but usually the girls wear headbands and barrettes.
not to mention if a boy does not wear Accessories likely they mocked.
This is not necessarily correct, but at the same speed as the guys I mentioned, they argue that boys are easier when it comes to fashion and dress more simply. which is not always the case, but many do.

At the school my child, no children are allowed to be wearing hats indoors. The Skully is probably regarded as a hat. If a public school and is Skully be worn for religious reasons, I'm sure an exception can be made.

If your son wants to wear a headband or barrettes, I'm sure you can make the argument that they should be allowed, but you really want?

My girls use headbands and barrettes and things to keep their hair from their face or on hot days. A hat does not do much except sit on the head. Perhaps that is why? Not sure why a boy would need a cap in spring anyway?

It could well be the school, though. This way the older children (junior secondary and secondary) are permitted to wear cowboy hats and caps between classes, lunch, or during outdoor activities. Just not in class.

Although it may be unfair, it is how it was for a very long time. Men and women are supposed to take their hats while indoors. It is good. Women / girls head pieces are a part of their equipment and were the accepted norm for years. Now, things like caps and should also be deleted.

I am sure that if the boy was wearing a headband, it would be nice. The accessories are not the same as the hats. You can not wear a hat to church, you should not wear a hat in a restaurant, and you can not wear hats in school.

Your daughter could not wear the hat either.

Unless the helmet of boys for religious purposes, they can remove him if it's their rule. This mom must wage its war on a front more worthy.

The accessories are different hats and caps.
I do not know why, I do not know why, they just are.

Hats are differentiated way.
