Gel Gloves

I have a bit of redness on my hands.
Near the wrist.
I changed my shower gel, and stopped using it after I realized that it might trigger my allergies.

After I wash hands, I always moisturize with a lotion unscented.

What can I do?
And what is the worst thing I?
I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow with my mother, and ... We were arguing a lot since I am a teenager.
