Muslim Headscarf

I hope so, because I did. My Muslim friend that I went to said it was good, but I wanted other opinions.

She would let me wear one of her abayas but I was too short for his, and he would have dragged on the ground while I was wearing instead:

1) loose black pants
2) a very long (extending 6 inches past my waist) black knit w / long sleeves
3) a simple black shirt (but it was not visible because it covered my scarf)

and
4) a crimson scarf that had fallen from showing my face, and the scarf worn on the upper half of my torso entirely

I am particularly curious to know if he was allowed to wear pants.
