Ray Ban HighstreetCan you use low-cost passenger Highstreet / geek glasses and get corrective lenses put in them?

I really want some traveler / geek / nerd style glasses (like this: http://eyeglasses.go-optic.com/DFRAMES/IMAGES/Ray_Ban_RX5121_2000.jpg). I have seen loads on the high street about 5 pounds to 10 pounds, but can I take these kind of opticians that can put in my prescription lenses?
If not, have you any other way I could get this style of glasses with lenses for cheap? Thank you:)

All named High Street opticians told me they would charge me a fortune to put in my old glasses frames preferred. They all say it's cheaper to buy new. I now use direct eye and they are very cheap. They provide 10% of first order and specs of 20 books, including shipping.

No, you can not. managers have an appropriate place for the lenses sit in the case that those cheap DONT High Street. When prescription lenses are finished, they are edged to fit into the frames - so wouldnt sit safely in a good market.

fashion sunglasses, as you've seen probably will not be an appropriate quality to fit prescription lenses
Find out if your local Asda has a department of optician.
They geeky glasses, including such anti-glare coated lenses for £ 50
