Retro Belts

It's a bit futuristic woman held, popular in the 70s (I think), often pale green or white. You have a wide belt and a skirt (mini instead lol), and finally white high boots for shoes ..
It looks a little retro these days .. I know that this description is complicated, but not everyone can guess what I mean?
Does clothing have a specific name?
