Rhinestone Clutch

Ok I'm using this time to plan my winter spring and summer outfits. I'm going to New York at the end of winter and I would like to have everything organized in January that I can buy everything you need in New York. Next year, I want to go all out. Avoid sweats and tennies. I'm talking about flare jeans tight, shiny tops, platform shoes Mini, and many accessories. I went from 135 to 115, so I am the show. Also, I'm 16 so make sure that your review is appropriate PG-13.
Here's what I need help:

1) long I have red hair and brown eyes (I think about color contacts green) What are the right colors that compliment you think my hair and eyes?

2) All my mini-skirts are bright colors like pink and orange. Or metallic colors like silver, gold and purple. What stlye shirt you think I should agree with them? I think a halter or tank with a matching cami or short-cut jacket and bag clutch, but is it orriginal?

3) I would like to match tight jeans (flared bottom. I do not wear skinny jeans.) With wide belts. What color should I make belts? Should I buy all in black and white so they match all or should I get every folder its own corresponding color belt?

4) I want high heels or platforms with any outfit. They should match the colors of my outfit and have either spark or rhinestones. Im 5'6 "so what do I do my limit on the top of the heel can be?

5) I like scholarships clutches or short on bags. My favorite is Roxy and Prada, but scholarships are scholarships so I do not care what brand they are as they are cute. What are good brands of handbags that can hold my crazy days and still look good every day?

6) I think I could use bracelets bracelet charms and bracelets off of colors and styles, thick headbands, flashy earrings, and all jewelry must match the colors of my outfit. Where do I buy these? I like Claire and Forever21, but I deffinatley need more suggestions as I think I probably most of their jewelry (haha jk ... I think.).

7) I wear black eyeliner or brown Avon and eye shadow Elf Infact I get all my makeup from Avon or elf, but the extra hot days, he finally rolled down my face. Whats a repair marks that stay dry no matter how much I sweat?

8) I love my hair loose and flowing and if I pull it, I always keep close to the neck. Whats a good way to get other big curls and a curling iron? My hair goes from my lower back and while his naturally wavy it doesn't have as much body I want ... What a great product or procedure to get the extra body?

Thats the site consist of Elf that I mentioned earlier. All their eyeliner, mascara, blush, foundation, eyeshadow, and tools are a dollar. Their mineral makeup is 3-5 dollars. It works every wonderfuly.

Please do not take into consideration:

1) I think you should use a dark brown instead of green, because green and red do not match. Dark brown or blue?

Tank 2) I recommend wearing a skirt with silver metal, the game! And my favorite tote bag. O!
FYI, what is "cami": X?

3) I think be a little short and t-shirt with shorts ripped. If you prefer jeans, wear a T-shirt long. It would be really nice.
