All these years we've been counting calories, carbohydrates and grams of fat. We were throwing back diet pills, eating prepackaged meals, and listening to the latest guru plan or fitness expert. The problem with these solutions is that virtually all the new programs that arise or any guru who speaks there is preaching what to do with food, how to prepare food, or simply what to eat! The fitness experts are screaming (sometimes literally) for us to grow, we grow more, more, more!

The problem here is that someone has to lose weight is exercise more often near the bottom of the list of the things they want to. In all honesty, until you fall in love with the benefits of fitness, most people lose weight without feeling the same way.

As a veteran in the field of weight loss and fitness since 1982, I found all the food and focus Fitness ridiculous! I do not even tell people I'm in the industry of weight loss.
