ok does not use a black belt in color such aharsh on this blue dress and white hat. Perhaps this is better brown belt and shoes, you should wear gladiator sandals that are also brown, but that's all. belt and shoes are the only brown throughout. So do not go to many acceroies.
Im loving this outfit! I would wear it with gladiator sandals in brown or black. Anykind of sandals or flip flops

I do not think you need to add a belt because there are too many things to do with the dress as it is. such as buttons and pockets and open back. it would be too with the belt

I really think the blue cornflower is superb with brown ... so I associated with shades of brown ... belts are not necessary ... but, as in the case of a far right ... the wide belt gives it a more formal evening look / (I KNO thats not exactly the same dress as yours, sorry it wasn't available on Polyvore)

I saw a reply that says black shoes ... With the hat, I'm not sure it would match. I think you should wear a pair of white flats or shoes with a slight shift (like half a centimeter to a centimeter wide, not more) at the heel. I think there should be a shoe or a shoe white blue or blue and white, not black. Silver is nice work, too.
