Wide Brim Hat

I saw an advertisement with a female android and it reminded me of that cartoon I watched when I was little. It was an android woman who lived as a male teacher and had a great fellow, a friend with blonde hair male. It was mostly clad in leather and wearing a wide brimmed hat and she had a crimson red cape inside.

... sounds like it should be a porn ass, lol, but it's really a cartoon for children who are older. Does anyone remember the name of it?
